Standard vs deep cleaning
Standard clean
- Dust reachable surfaces, shelves and décor
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms: toilet, tub, shower, sink and mirrors
- Make beds and tidy rooms
- Empty trash
Deep clean
- Everything in the standard clean, plus:
- Inside the oven, fridge and microwave
- Baseboards, door frames and light switches
- Cabinet and drawer fronts
- Shower and tile grout scrubbing
- Window sills and tracks, blinds
- Ceiling fans, vents and overlooked corners
Not sure which one you need? A deep clean is best for a first visit or a home that hasn’t been cleaned in a while; standard visits keep it that way.

Residential cleaning FAQ
What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
A standard clean keeps a home in shape: dusting, floors, kitchen and bathroom surfaces. A deep clean adds detail work — inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, grout, cabinet fronts, window sills and tracks. Both are $65/hr; a deep clean simply takes more hours.
How much does residential cleaning cost?
$65 per hour with a 2-hour minimum per visit, even if the job is finished sooner. We estimate the hours before we begin, based on bedrooms, bathrooms and the condition of the home.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home. Tell us your bedrooms and bathrooms when you book and we’ll give you an estimate.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — every product and tool. Prefer your own? Simply let us know.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Many clients leave a key or entry code.
Can I reschedule?
Free of charge with 24 hours’ notice.
